HART Campouts

April 18 –20                     Stub Stewart State Park, near Vernonia (2 nights)

This is the state’s newest park. It is in the developing period. Reservations are $24, checks to the club. Tents okay.

May 29-June 2                 Sea-Pac Convention in Seaside (4 nights)

Some campers with go to Ft. Stevens while some others are camping at the Cannon Beach RV Resort. This place has a swimming pool, campfire rings, and near US Hwy 101, so it is an easy drive to the convention.          

June 27 –29                     Field Day on Larch Mountain (2 nights)

Come help the club set up the antennas, towers and stations on Friday and stay for the weekend to operate a station at Field Day. Tents okay.                

July 27 – August 3            Sunset Bay State Park, near Coos Bay

This is a weeklong trip to the central Oregon coast. Lots of activities for everyone with a potluck on Saturday evening. Tents okay.

September ?                 Waterloo County Park, near Lebanon

Join the HART group with the OTVARC travelers on the 10^th anniversary campout. Tents okay.

Dallas -   2nd Saturday of each month

Salem -   3rd Saturday of each month (by appointment only)

PARG -   Phantom Amateur Radio Group, 2nd and 4th Sunday each month

HARC -   Hoodview ARC, March 17th at  MHCC, Room #HF-1, 9:00am (see map)

Code exam will no longer be given  and are not required as of Feb 23 2007
